Description

Does the prospect of meeting the hiring manager in an unfamiliar room and answering challenging questions for 30-60 minutes continuously sound nervous or daunting to you? Dispel the negative thoughts and self-doubt, an interview is a wonderful opportunity for both hiring managers and candidates to discover more about each other!

The Workshop

In this interactive workshop to master useful interview skills, we will bring you through the entire preparation process so you can excel at interviews. Demonstrate and showcase your best and brightest professional self during interviews and discover how to connect and effectively communicate with the interviewers for optimal outcomes.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the workshop, you will understand and apply best practices and techniques to be successful in job interviews. You will be able to identify key questions which interviewers will ask and how to approach answering the different types of interview questions. Be exposed to 4 broad personality types of interviewers and thus be equipped with the knowledge on how to handle them successfully by addressing their needs.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for anyone who is in the midst of applying for jobs. It will be of interest to those in the early stages of their career, or those who require more practice in their interview skills.

Class Size

10-15 participants for close knitted interview role play and knowledge sharing.
